Payment is accepted via check, paypal, credit card, and cash. Either full payment or co-payments are due at the time of service. Monthly invoices will be determined on a case by case basis.

| Dr. Shapiro will first call your insurance company to determine if she can bill the insurance company directly (thus leaving you out of the payment process). With the companies listed above, this is usually not a problem. If your health insurance company is other than those listed above, Dr. Shapiro is happy to provide you with forms/superbills that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Dr. Shapiro will discuss all insurance matters with you before your initial appointment. |
