Weight 2 Eat will teach you about the important behaviors associated with long-term weight control. It focuses on BEHAVIORAL strategies for weight control and HEALTHY NUTRITION. Groups contain 10-12 people and are facilitated by Dr. Jennifer Shapiro.

Meetings:  1 hour per week. Each week includes a new daily topic related to successful weight control.

16 Weekly Meetings and 4 Bi-Weekly Meetings for a Total of 20 sessions over 6 months.

Fee:
  • $500 includes the 20-session program over 6 months, a notebook binder, and all enrollment materials (equates to $25 per session).
  • $50 deposit to hold your place and full payment due at first meeting.
  • Check with your insurance company or flex spending account to determine if you could receive reimbursement for this program.
